Dear Golden Care Members,
How’s your body?
Are you able to stay in shape despite the many hours spent sitting on your chair or the many hours spent lying on the couch watching TV or reading, without any physical activity?
And yes, the change in our daily routines has subconsciously forced our body to be less active and therefore more sedentary. All it takes is one wrong movement, different to what you usually do, to hurt yourself. How can we fix this?
Here is some advice on how to look after your body when you are working or when you have time to devote to it:
Do not hesitate to review the ergonomics of your office space. This fun video will show you how it’s possible to work better without having to change all your equipment! Even your children can try it.
The sofa is an integral part of some people’s daily life. Reading, watching films, lying comfortably for hours on end, but is your position good for you? Unfortunately, some people have back pain because of it.
What can be done about it? Reconcile yourself with your sofa thanks to the advice in this article.
It is important to keep practicing sport during this period. But what can we do when our outings are limited in time?
