How are you doing as you “return to normal life”?
The last few weeks at home have probably given you the opportunity to devote precious time to a very important part of your day: breakfast!
This week the return to our daily routines has begun but that does not mean you should stop enjoying the pleasure you have enjoyed during these last few weeks. Because, as you probably already know, breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
But why? What is the origin of this universal fact?
This article explains in a quick and playful way the benefits of this moment to start and savour your day. It is good for your body: you eat more healthily, and it prevents you from gaining weight. But it also helps your mind because it reduces concentration and memory problems.
